Get ready to sweat and have fun in a supportive and motivational team environment. Routines vary each class to keep your body at peak performance with a combination of traditional plyometrics and body weight exercies and interval and strength training.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders. But, the mat Pilates series of exercise is performed equipment-free, with the moves adapted to work with just your body and a floor mat for cushioning and support.


Gentle stretch with Vinyasa flow, enhance stamina, flexibility, posture, and mental focus or relax and renew with a yin-style class.


Blending Pilates and Boxing, PILOXING SSP adds a third element of dance into this high-energy interval workout. This dynamic program moves through heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations to sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movement.

This class is rooted in traditional dance such as JAZZ, HiP HOP, and BALLET. Easy enough for beginners yet challenging enough for the more seasoned dancer. The average calories burned during a full class is 750!
